Robert P. DeMarco, Esq.

Robert P. DeMarco has been practicing law for over 42 years. Mr. DeMarco graduated from Case Western Reserve Law School, and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1969. He has previously held positions as a county and city prosecutor, and as law director for South Euclid, Ohio.

Currently, Mr. DeMarco litigates cases in a multitude of legal practice areas. Over his long and tenured career, Mr. DeMarco has succesful litigated numerous cases, and presented a number of cases before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Mr. DeMarco is also a board certified trial attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Board certification demonstrates that Mr. DeMarco has been deemed a specialist as a Civil Trial Attorney. Over the years, Mr. DeMarco has tried a number of cases to successful conclusion, including matters involving business disputes, personal injury, divorce, child custody, and probate. He is well respected for his tenacious courtroom demeanor, and superb understanding of Ohio law.

Mr. DeMarco has also been selected to Star Search by Super Lawyers, which indicates a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. He has also been recognized as a Super Lawer for being one of the top trial lawyers in Ohio for 2012 and 2013.

Mr. DeMarco is a good standing member of the Ohio bar, and has been admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio.

Joseph J. Triscaro has teamed up with Robert P. DeMarco to form the law firm of DeMarco & Triscaro, Ltd.

After graduating from John Carroll University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, cum laude, Mr. Triscaro passed both the Ohio and Florida bar exams, and was admitted to practice law in both states the same year. While attending law school Mr. Triscaro earned the Spangenberg Trial Practice Award, and CALI Excellence for the Future Award in trial advocacy.

Joseph J. Triscaro has a general legal practice background with particular emphasis in civil litigation, business litigation, criminal defense, family law, probate and personal injury matters. During his legal career he also has experience in representing real estate developers in multi-million dollar real estate transactions, has worked in a county prosecutor's office, and has served as in-house counsel for an investment firm.

Mr. Triscaro is an experienced trial lawyer, and primarily handles complex litigation. He has tried personal injury cases, criminal cases, probate matters, intellectual property disputes, divorce and custody actions. Mr. Triscaro has also sucessfully appealed cases to both the 8th and 11th district courts in the State of Ohio.

Attorney Triscaro's professional affiliations include the Ohio State Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Geauga County Bar Association.

Mr. Triscaro resides in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and is married with two sons. He has previously held football and wrestling coaching positions for local middle and high schools.
